To guarantee our product quality, we go through the following tests
- Product endurance test to ensure long lasting product life-cycle
- Hydrostatic test: to ensure drip free from products
- Hydrostatic test: to ensure drip free from products
- Water capacity test: to ensure water saving
- Copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray (CASS) test: to ensure lasting chrome plating on product surface
- Plating thickness measurement-micro test: scratch prove test
- Material test
- Burst test (for hoses only)
- Tensile test (for hoses only)
Note: For additional requested lab tests not available in our factory, we will collect specimens and deliver them to a certified institute or laboratory for further analysis.
